Always passionate about cinema, I wrote and directed my first short film at the age of 16. From 2007 to 2018, I worked in the cinematography department alongside acclaimed director of photography Luca Bigazzi on numerous productions, including Il Divo, Youth, The Young Pope and The New Pope.

In 2015, I directed Rockin’1000 – Foo Fighters: Learn to Fly, which reached 10 million views on YouTube in just two days and has since surpassed 60 million views. The project received the Tribeca Disruptive Innovation Award in New York.

In 2017, I wrote and directed the short film Birthday, starring Roxane Duran and Sydne Rome. The film was selected for numerous international festivals, including the 55th New York Film Festival, and won at Monster Fest in Australia.

Since then, I have directed second-unit, making-of and behind-the-scenes projects for films and series including Paolo Sorrentino’s Loro, The New Pope and The Hand of God, Felix Van Groeningen and Charlotte Vandermeersch’s The Eight Mountains, Stefano Sollima’s Netflix series Il Mostro, and Paolo Sorrentino’s La Grazia.

I have also directed international commercial and social media projects for brands including Hennessy and Dolce&Gabbana.
